About The Garden
Three Seeds Heirloom is a family-run, 4900 square foot garden located in Millersville, MD. We believe in sustainable practices, organic methods, and community access to fresh, local produce.
We never use inorganic fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides.
We grow without the use of greenhouses, so everything produced is seasonal. We rely on crop rotation, no-till methods, and cover crops to produce healthy soil without the use of synthetic additions.
About The Products
In addition to what we grow ourselves, we source from USDA-certified farms throughout Maryland. USDA-certified farms are rigorously screened and we maintain good relationships with the farm owners to ensure that the products we are sourcing are top quality.
Everything that we produce ourselves is packaged with sustainability in mind: from our biodegradable bags, to our recycled egg cartons, to the compostable adhesive labels on our honey jars.
The idea is not only non-toxic food, but chemical-free packaging and preservation, too.
