AIR FRYER SQUASH CHIPS



INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 yellow squash or green zucchini

  • salt to taste

  • pepper to taste

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • parmesan cheese (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Thinly slice squash. Like really thin.

  2. Gently pat off excess moisture.

  3. Toss sliced squash in olive oil; add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Add slices in a single layer for air frying. A baking sheet if using a conventional oven works, too.

  5. Cook at 325° F for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 4 minutes.

  6. Sprinkle with grated parmesan (optional).
