INGREDIENTS:
3 yellow squash or green zucchini
salt to taste
pepper to taste
3 tbsp olive oil
parmesan cheese (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Thinly slice squash. Like really thin.
Gently pat off excess moisture.
Toss sliced squash in olive oil; add salt and pepper to taste.
Add slices in a single layer for air frying. A baking sheet if using a conventional oven works, too.
Cook at 325° F for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 4 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan (optional).
