Roasted Kohlrabi with Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 6 kohlrabi

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ¾ tsp salt

  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper

  • 3 tbsp parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley


Preparation

  1. Peel kohlrabi and cut into 1-inch wedges.

  2. Toss kohlrabi with olive oil, salt, and cayenne pepper.

  3. Roast at 450℉, stirring every 10 minutes until tender and golden (about 30 mins).

  4. Remove from heat and toss with parmesan and parsley.

  5. Enjoy!
